Seasoned crushed olives traditional packaging
Picked just before full ripening with the cure and love passed onto us by 3 centuries of generations, like in Verga's, Pirandello's Capuana's and Camilleri's stories, this product interprets the strong tastes of sicilian inland, imprinted by sun, water and temperate climate.
Selected before being preserved in particular containers, the olives are hand crushed (one by one) according to a well tested technique: between two red firebricks which allows to preserve their taste.
Once the correct ph is reached, the crushed olives are stored in glass jars, according to our traditions: a careful manufacture, aimed at ensuring shapes and colur remains unaltered. The green olives are seasoned with pieces of red chilli pepper, oregano dried on the vine, white garlic and tender mint leaves that preserve the flavor donated by the earth.
Preservation, as with all our productions, is guarateed by the olive oil: this way this extraordinary fruit will remain unchanged, ensuring durability and an extraordinary taste.
