The grown asparagus entered our cultivation and our culinary culture and is on our tables, even though does not belong to Sicilian traditions. Precisely for this reason we devote much attention to this new vegetable: in heavy and sandy soils of Sicily it has its humus, which enhances its flavour and especially its colour.
