Black olives in olive oil traditonal packaging
Our black olives, once they reach the correct ripening on the trees, are selected and preserved until they reach a full and complete ripening.
As soon as they reach a perfect ph they are stored in glass jars: a careful manufacturing maintains color, shape and taste unaltered. Black olives are flavoured with black pepper, trimmed oregano, sliced garlic and sun dried mint.
Preservation, as with all our productions, is guarateed by the olive oil: this way this extraordinary fruit will remain unchanged, ensuring durability and an extraordinary taste.
